Refund policy
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us via contact form within 24h after placing your order. We then will get in touch with you as soon as possible after receiving your cancellation request. Please note that order cancellations, which are not communicated in written form as mentioned within 24h after order placement, may not be proceeded as such.
Damaged or Wrong goods
Upon receiving your order, please check it carefully and get in touch with us within 7 days after arrival, in case you believe you have received wrong goods or if they appear to be damaged. We will evaluate your request and find a solution as soon as possible. The above mentioned 7-day period starts from the date the package is marked at "Arrived" or "Delivered” by the respective carrier. Please use our contact form to get in touch with us about any doubts regarding damaged or wrong goods and we will instruct you further.
14-day cooling-off period within the EU ( European Union) - Right to Withdraw and Return of Goods
Notwithstanding the above, if an order is being shipped into or within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You have the right to withdraw from your order and return it, within 14 days after receiving it for any reason and without justification. Please note that the returned items must be in the same condition, as you received them. They must be unused and in the original packaging in order for you to be refunded. All shipping costs for the return must be covered by the customer. Refund
After receiving your return, we will inspect it and let you know if you are eligible for a refund. In case of a refund, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days and we will inform you, once the refund has been proceeded.
