Free Delivery to you Hotel in Faro and Olhão City Center


For our local customers and visitors we offer the option to get our candles, soaps and other handcrafted items delivered for free directly to your accommodation. There is no minimum order, but we only may deliver to an accommodation with a working reception in order to guarantee a safe and timely delivery. Our  free delivery is available in the city centers of both cities and will be available depending on the postal code of your accommodation. So please make sure to communicate the correct delivery address upon check out. 


We will deliver to your accommodation usually within 48 h during weekdays ( Monday-Friday).


If you are not staying in an accommodation with reception or within the free delivery zone, please feel free to get in touch via our contact to arrange a pick up solution,if you wish so.


National Shipping  Portugal ( Mainland and Islands)

Domestic Shipping within Portugal is usually done with CTT AZUL and arrives in most cases within 2 to 3 business days ( island destinations might take a bit longer ). Please note that in some cases we might need to use other service providers, due to the nature or weight of your product order. In any case prices for Standard Shipping will be automatically shown at  the check out. 

Please assure that your shipping or delivery address is correct, as It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping/delivery address provided. We will not be responsible for incorrect shipping information given to us or packages left, stolen or lost from unreliable or unsafe shipping addresses. 


After placing your order, you can usually expect it to be shipped within 3 to 4 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods and  new product launches.

International Shipping EU 

Shipping within the EU is usually done with CTT AZUL and arrives in most cases within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the EU country. Please note that in some cases we might need to use other service providers, due to the nature or weight of your order. In any case prices for Standard Shipping will be automatically shown at Check Out and you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipped goods.  

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, as It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping/delivery address provided. We will not be responsible for incorrect shipping information given to us or packages left, stolen or lost from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

International Shipping Europe ( non EU) and UK 

Shipping within Europe and to the UK is usually done with CTT Express, with arrival times depending on the destination country. Please note that in some cases we might need to use other service providers, due to the nature or weight of your product order. If we are able to use CRR Express we currently ship to Switzerland and the UK at a flat rate of 17, 50 Euro. If your destination country is not shown or your shipping rate can not be calculated at the check out, please get in touch with us via our contact form. We are happy to find a solution.

Shipping to Brazil is usually done with CTT Express, with arrival times depending on the local destination in Brazil. Please note that in some cases we might need to use other service providers, due to the nature or weight of your order. We currently ship to Brazil, if shipping is possible with CTT Express  at a flat rate of 20, 50 Euro.
